Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have confirmed availability in writing and received payment.
Cancellations by you
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable.
Cancellations by us or your cruise line
If we cancel, or your ship cancels the port call, you receive a full refund.
