Will I be back before my ship leaves?

Yes. Every tour for cruise guests is planned backwards from your all-aboard time, with a buffer for traffic. Tell us your ship and docking times when you book.

How fit do I need to be?

Each tour shows its walking level. Lisbon and Sintra involve hills and cobbles; Porto and the Douro are gentler. If you have limited mobility, tell us and we'll adapt the route or suggest a private tour with a car.

How many people are in a group?

Our small-group tours run with a minimum of 10 guests. Private tours are just you and your party.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour starts. If your ship cancels the port call, you receive a full refund.

What should I bring?

Comfortable shoes with good grip, a light layer, sun protection and water. On wine tours, a valid ID.

Which languages do your guides speak?

All tours run in English as standard. Other languages are available on request, so mention it when you book.
