Portugal, curated for guests arriving by sea or land.

We design and run premium shore excursions in Lisbon, Porto, the Douro and the Algarve — for cruise lines that want every guest to come back aboard with a story worth telling.

Two ways to travel with us

For cruise lines

We become your ground team in Portugal: designing, pricing and delivering the tours you sell on board.

  • Tour portfolios built around each port of call
  • Licensed local guides and private transport
  • Tours planned around cruise timings
  • Made easy: only one point of contact, before and during the sailing

“Every guest should leave with a story worth telling.”
A first season at sea

In 2026 we designed and delivered the Portugal shore programme for OUTbound, one of the world's leading LGBTQ+ cruise companies.

Built by someone who worked on board

Years running shore excursions on luxury river cruises mean we plan around tenders, all-aboard times and real guest expectations.

Welcoming by design

Every guest, every background. Our guides and partners are chosen for how they treat people as much as for what they know.

How a cruise partnership works

From the first call to the last guest back on board.

  1. Share your itinerary

Ports, call times, ship size and the kind of guests you carry.

  2. We design the programme

A portfolio of tours for each port, with per-guest pricing and clear capacity.

  3. We run every departure

Licensed guides, transport and reservations, timed back to the gangway.

  4. You get the report

Guest feedback and what we would change for the next sailing.

André Simões

Founder

André started guiding in 2019 for luxury river cruise brands, then spent 2023 to 2026 aboard Scenic and Emerald vessels across Europe as Activity and Enrichment Manager, running shore excursions and guest experience alongside the Cruise Director.

He founded Lusitano Collective to bring that onboard view home to Portugal: he knows what a cruise team needs from a ground partner, because he used to be the person relying on one.
